Refund Policy
If the customer is unsatisfied with our products at anytime a formal complaint and refund request can be submitted to the email address associated with the company. Submission requirements; customer must send proof of purchase, formal complaint explaining the issue with the product and request for the refund to the email located below. Our customer care support team will review the email and contact the customer within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the formal request. Based upon their findings a partial or full refund may be granted to the customer.
